Ron Jones Jr., MPA, is a public administrator, Virginia Army National Guard veteran, leadership strategist, and program architect who's passion is to develop leaders and build systems that serve people. Drawing on his expertise in building cultures of care and leading large-scale programs, he created CAS to help businesses achieve administrative excellence.

Raised in Smithfield, Virginia, shaped by the particular resilience that comes from building your own path, Ron came to public service because he understood early that who leads matters. He has a background that spans program design, operations, strategic communications, and community engagement. He is a Clifton Strengths Activator, Woo, and Maximizer, which means he's a builder by nature and a people person by design. Thriving in spaces where the work is meaningful, the stakes are real, and the team is willing to push.

He went on to earn a Bachelor's in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. He served in the Virginia Army National Guard for 6 years, managing orientation of incoming soldiers and maintenance bay operations.
